We had an incredible stay at Canyon Ranch. The class programming was wonderful— such a thoughtful variety of wellness, fitness, and mindfulness offerings, all led by knowledgeable and engaging instructors. The restaurants were absolutely delicious, and the spa amenities were a highlight. We especially loved the cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, and steam rooms — and the long open hours made it easy to truly settle in and enjoy everything at a relaxed pace. My facial was incredibly relaxing and such a treat. The staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. What really stood out was that so many of the team members we spoke with have been there for many years — which says so much about the culture and care behind the scenes. The concierge team was also available prior to our visit to answer any questions, which made planning seamless. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained. We left feeling well rested and restored. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly elevated wellness experience

My daughter talked me into this trip and I’m glad she did. We went for some mother/daughter time, and I went for some rest and relaxation as well. Thanks to the numerous activities at the ranch I needed a day of R&R once I made it home . The staff was excellent but several individuals made our stay even more enjoyable David our server was the best (thank you for your sense of humor). Lori, and Kelsey stood out as well. Bonus points for seeing Matt Cusson while we were there. We stayed for four days, but definitely could have stayed longer. I’m looking forward to our next visit. Great facility, great staff, very friendly and pleasant guest, it was just a great little getaway.

Loads of amazing activities, excellent food and no car instructors. Beautiful setting. Rooms little cookie cutter but shouldn’t be in your room anyway with all that they offer!

Everything about this place is so incredibly relaxing! From the moment you step onto the property you feel taken care of. There’s so many staff available at all times, and everybody is incredibly polite and helpful. I love that tips are included because that’s one less thing to think about, so my hope is that the staff are well compensated. The food is great, and the staff was SUPER attentive to my allergies. Shout out to Alex, he’s incredible. The spa is impeccably clean, including the pool. Classes are fun, not overpacked which I really appreciate. We visited Tucson before, but something about this location makes it extra special. As long as the service and offerings are kept at this level, we’ll be coming back.

Canyon Ranch promotes itself as a "award winning" "best in class" "luxury wellness retreat" with a price tag to match those lofty expectations. While some elements of our stay met the standard that you promote, some aspects did not. When you are paying for a 5 Star experience, it is expected that ALL elements of your stay are 5 Stars and not just some of them. My girlfriend and I did their "All You Can Spa" package and the spa experiences alone are what saved this review from being 2-3 stars, had we paid what we did WITHOUT the spa package, I would have felt completely ripped off. Overall, I would say the experience was GOOD with the Spa experience being GREAT but for the price and the hype of this place, my expectation is that ALL ASPECTS of the stay should be exceptional and they are missing the mark. 4/5 - ACTIVITY PLANNER - The online system for booking treatments seemed to work well. I liked that I could build my schedule without needing to work with anyone. 3/5 - ARRIVAL - The airport shuttle was excellent. It was very nice they could pick us up and drop us at a hotel in town and collect us the following morning. Upon check in we were greeted and asked that we confirm our dinner reservations as they are REQUIRED (?). I told the woman I hadn't made any reservation and that no where in the booking process, subsequent follow up emails or within the app does it state you are REQUIRED to make a reservation. We said ok, thats fine, can you please make one for us now? We intentionally left 4PM-8PM open to relax and have dinner before our last spa service at 8pm each evening. She asked a superior and then the dining room manager, who was able to get us reservations at 6:45pm (truly, not enough time for dinner but at least we could order a main and scoot out). This was our FIRST impression at your facility and it sounded like we might just not get to eat dinner the 2 nights we were there. Not a great first impression. PRO TIP: Book dinner in the app if you want to eat as it's REQUIRED and nowhere does it state that if you actually want to eat. Give yourself 90-120 minutes, I know it sounds insane but it takes that long. 5/5 - PROPERTY/GROUNDS - Beautiful, especially in the fall 5/5 - SPA - Services were all great. Spa locker room, lounge and facilities like the Steam, Sauna and Jacuzzi were great. Locker room staff were fantastic, always buzzing about tidying up, refilling things, picking up after. The Loungers definitely needed a washing, the foot areas were obviously stained. 4/5 - ROOM - It's a standard Marriott or Westin room. Nothing particularly luxe about it but it was perfectly suitable. 3/5 - FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY - The cafe food was better than the dining room. By a decent margin. More grab and go options are needed with the issues with food service. 2/5 - FOOD SERVICE - It is very obvious and the worst kept secret that food service has problems here. It's like the big elephant in the room, everyone on the staff knows it but it seems to be a persistent problem that no one has seemed to figure out how to fix it. Perhaps you need to pay more to get better servers?? Examples of lack in quality: We sat for lunch and dinner where 20 people must have walked by before anyone offered us water. Laser eyes, hand waves and nothing. A solid 10-15 minutes with not even a menu. Breakfast, same thing, we just wanted a cup of coffee and again, tons of people buzzing by but not ONE with a pot of coffee. We actually abandoned breakfast completely. Meals took 1 hour minimum and that was usually just for a main. We often skipped apps and dessert because we simply didn't have time for a 2 hour meal. There are only 2 places for food, the dining room & the cafe. Without notice, the second night, the cafe was closed for dinner for a private event. I must question for Food and Beverage managers decision making as this only puts more strain and pressure on the main dining room.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Trish at the boutique (gift store) in Canyon Ranch, Lenox Massachusetts. She was extremely helpful. Trish guided me with sizing, gave me great insights on the most popular items, and even setup an account for me. She made a fabulous impression, not only with her help but also in representing the resort as a whole. Thanks to her, I'm even more excited to meet the rest of the team who provides service at Canyon Ranch Lenox. I'm genuinely looking forward to meeting her in person when I visit at the end of April 2026!! I also just spoke with Ren at the front desk and looking forward to meeting her when I arrive in April. She's been incredibly helpful, answering several of my scheduling question's and offering thoughtful suggestions. She's not only informative, but also a pleasure to talk to! I'd give Ren a full 5 stars. Her stellar assistance makes me confident the rest of the team will be just as fantastic! Can't wait to experience it all!

I visited Canyon Ranch for the Heal squad retreat. This resort, and it's staff are phenomenal. The retreat was extraordinary and I saw the Canyon Ranch team going out of their way to make sure we all had what we needed and were enjoying our time. They put special touches on everything. The food was great, and I loved my daily lattes/smoothies. I felt there was a wide range of options everyday. I loved the morning yogurt bar. This is definately a place you want to plan ahead to make sure the services you want are available, but I notice a lot opens up the day off so be conscious to take a peek if their is a service you were hoping for. The yoga classes, and heightened state of consciousness were wonderful. The environment and grounds are so peaceful and well kept. Thank you for a wonderful stay
